Research interests:

• Uncertainty quantification (UQ),
• High performance computing (HPC), and
• Numerical solution of partial differential equations (PDEs).

My current focus is on enabling uncertainty quantification (UQ) of compute-intensive numerical simulations. That includes the entire pipeline from developing UQ methods that gain efficiency by operating on hierarchies of models, modern software infrastructure breaking down the techincal copmlexity of advanced UQ from prototype to supercomputer, and designing scalable numerical simulation methods.
