Technical requirements
The user must use a current web browser. Chrome, Chromium or the current MS Edge have proven to be optimal here. In Firefox , there have been problems with the sound quality from time to time, which then also affects the entire video conference.
Furthermore, it is recommended to choose the Internet access wired. At least from the office or conference rooms you have a more stable connection and can exclude a possible source of error.
Possibly local network/firewall settings prevent the use of the service. Therefore a pre-test is recommended.
Other video conferencing software should be completely closed before starting the browser to allow access via web browser to the user's camera/microphone.
Function test
A function test is available on the respective booking portal.
