Outlook app for Android and iOS

Outlook for Android and IOS is a cloud-based application, unlike Outlook for Windows or Mac. Here, the emails of the last 4 weeks, all calendar data, all contact data and the absence status are stored in the Office 365-based architecture (Microsoft Cloud) (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients/outlook-for-ios-and-android/use-basic-auth?view=exchserver-2019).

The transfer of data to third parties, unless explicitly permitted, is not allowed according to KIT's I&C Regulations. Therefore, the app may not be used to access Exchange mailboxes at KIT.
