Service description
KIT supports the mobile communication of its employees by concluding mobile phone contracts (national tariffs). The SCC advises on all contract modalities for mobile end devices that use these tariffs (voice tariffs and data tariffs) and on the device selection of SmartPhones and UMTS sticks. Devices are configured and issued via the SCC Service Desk.
Smartphones and contracts
The SCC provides you with a selection guide for the recommended devices. These devices meet the requirements for secure and functional operation in the ICT infrastructure of the KIT.
The contract conditions of the Baden-Würrtemberg framework contracts are listed in this overview. SCC recommends a combination of full flat rate + 5 GB data. It is always possible to upgrade the data volume.

Devices and contracts are only issued and managed for KIT members.
