AdeptScience EndNote
EndNote is the world leader among literature management programs and is equally valued in academia, research, teaching and development.
Its unique performance is based on the integration of three basic functions: Direct online research in subject information databases and library catalogs, the direct transfer and management of researched literature into its own database, and the ability to automatically create reference lists in cooperation with word processing programs.
Functions of the software
-
Scientific databases such as Pubmed/Medline, Web of Science, Chemical Abstracts or PsycINFO can be queried directly via EndNote's search mask. The search results can then be conveniently imported into your own EndNote database at the click of a button. If the direct query of a database is not possible, search results that have been researched via a web browser can be imported with the help of EndNote filters. Manual entry of reference literature is also possible, but is hardly ever needed since EndNote supports the import of reference literature from almost all databases of well-known providers such as Thomson ISI, Ovid, EBSCO, Silverplatter, CSA, DIMDI, Datastar, Dialog, FIZ Karlsruhe and STN.
-
EndNote works as a database program that allows you to manage your bibliographic information, full texts, abstracts, images, graphics and tables and to add keywords and personal notes.
-
EndNote inserts bibliographic references into your manuscripts and generates a complete bibliography automatically or at the push of a button. The format of the bibliography and the literature references can be customized in detail using existing format templates.
