IT Commissioners at KIT - partnership-based cooperation

In the past, so-called IT commissioners (ITB) or IT coordinators were appointed to the central IT service provider SCC for the partnership-based cooperation in the area of information processing. This was done by the organizational units (OE) and institutes in the large-scale research and university sector. In the course of transferring this function to the KIT, representatives of the institute's IT administrators and representatives of the SCC jointly developed a uniform understanding of the role definition. This definition was approved by the KIT IT Expert Group and the KIT Senate Committee for Information Processing and Supply (IV-A).
